Learn the fundamentals of firearms safety and rifle shooting offered by Level 1 Firearms Training, LLC.

This is an introductory firearm safety and training course-not a marksmanship class! We recommend this class for those who are new to firearms. Extensive training and in-depth safety principles are stressed including the NRA rules for safe gun handling. The class offers instruction in all facets of rifle ownership including safe gun handling, rifle parts and components, operations, ammunition, range safety rules, shooting from the bench rest position, shooting stances, how to sight-in your scope and more.
Wyoming Rifle Class

AR-15: Beginner AR-15 Rifle Training
Designed for the beginning AR-15 rifle shooter who has not received formal training in the safe, responsible, and proper handling of a semi-automatic or manual rifle.

AR-15: Personal Defense
Wyoming AR-15 Rifle Classes
Prerequisites:
AR-15 1: Beginner AR-15 Rifle Training Class
This class is for students who have attended our Level 1 Basic AR-15 Rifle Training Class. This class builds on top of the basic skills taught during the introduction class. For safety purposes, the Basic AR-15 class must be attended prior to attending this class.

This class introduces the many options available to the AR-15 Rifle owner and prepares the student for advanced techniques taught in our advanced AR-15 rifle class.

  3-4 Hours Classroom Instruction
200 Rounds Ammunition Required.
Live Range building skills.
Learn about lights, slings, optics, and more.
Learn about additional accessories available to the AR-15 rifle owner, such as magazine carriers and grips.
Learn additional reloading techniques and which one to use under the circumstances.
Practice clearing malfunctions and dealing with the variety of malfunctions that can occur.
Learn the importance of finding and using cover and concealments when engaging a threat.

Wyoming AR-15 Advanced Rifle Classes
AR-15 3: Tactical AR-15 Rifle Class
Prerequisites:
AR-15 1: Beginner AR-15 Rifle Training Class
AR-15 2: AR-15 Personal Defense Rifle Class
This class is for students who have attended our Level 1 Basic AR-15 Rifle Training Class and our Intermediate AR-15 Rifle Class. This class builds on top of basic and intermediate skills taught during the prerequisite classes. For safety purposes, the Basic AR-15 class as well as the Intermediate AR-15 class must be attended prior to attending this class.

This class introduces students to the judicial use of an AR-15 rifle for home defense. An overview of current Idaho laws are discussed and additional shooting techniques are introduced.

5-6 Hours Classroom Instruction
Review current Massachusetts laws on the judicial use of a firearm (review only - always contact an attorney for a legal interpretation of current laws).
300 Rounds Ammunition Required.
Live Range building skills.
Learn additional shooting positions.
Learn to transition quickly and easily from different stances for quick and accurate shooting results.
Introduction  to shooting while "on the move".
Introduction to compromised shooting positions and defense options...
4-Magazines required with the ability of carrying them in a 3-pouch magazine holder as discussed during the intermediate class.
